Margate Christian Church

The D'Entrecasteaux Channel has a rich tapestry of Aboriginal and European heritage and culture.  

The Channel Chronicles is a  local history website created by a group of students from Margate Primary School in 2001  with assistance from the local community, the Channel Historical Folk Museum.

The history of Margate, Margate Train and the Margate Christian Church give glimpses of local history.
