Wandering Transect By Lizzie, Elizabeth and Madison
On Thursday the
31st of July 2003 our class and Mr. Our group was the Wandering Transect Group. Mr.Gray is a botanist, he was our adult helper. He helped us with identifying the plants and weeds. We wrote on the handheld all of the plants and weeds he could identify. He brought a long measuring tape. We put the measuring tape from one post to another post with a 15-metre distance between them. Then we went along and identified all the plants and weeds. Mr Gray is going to help us interpret the information.  |
